Help NCMEC and Old Navy Keep Kids Safe!
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® (NCMEC) and Old Navy are promoting kid safety from April 29 through May 3, 2026 with a special day of fun and activities on Saturday, May 2.
When you visit Old Navy during this time, your family will learn more about safety, but you'll also have a chance to help protect other children by supporting NCMEC. *For a donation of $5, you'll get $5 off a purchase of $35 or more.
Old Navy is also introducing a new way to support NCMEC this year through its loyalty program, Encore. For a limited time, from April 15 through May 3, Encore Members can donate their earned points in the Encore Market where they can also redeem points on exclusive products, experiences, and more. Learn more about the Encore program at https://oldnavy.gap.com/encore.

Our Partnership
Old Navy and NCMEC have been partnering since 2010, raising awareness about safety as well as vital funds for NCMEC. Through this partnership, Old Navy offers important child safety information and free Child IDs in its fun, family friendly stores. Old Navy's work inspires families to be more safety conscious, understand the risks their kids might face, and recognize the steps they can take to help avoid those risks.
Old Navy also supports NCMEC’s volunteer efforts and Hope Bag program, which provides missing children or child sex trafficking survivors with basic items they need for those first few hours and days after they are recovered. Additionally, Old Navy is the sponsor for NCMEC's Code Adam program, a protocol for store associates to follow if a child should become missing when in their facility. Staff in all of their stores are trained in how to respond quickly and safely.
Support NCMEC
You can support NCMEC's mission of protecting children from abduction and exploitation just by visiting your local Old Navy during the Super Safety Event or by sharing the important safety information on this page with the children in your life.
